Geist Aniline Leather Care Kit is designed to clean surface-level dirt and provide spill and discoloration protection for aniline and semi-aniline leather sofas, furniture, clothing, and more.

Instructions:

General rules for cleaning aniline leather: Avoid overwetting the leather. Avoid rubbing. Avoid dripping. Avoid sunlight when cleaning. Allow to dry slowly. Do not spray cleaner or apply cream directly to the leather.

• STEP 1: Geist Aniline Cleaner comes in a trigger spray bottle with a foam function. Make sure the spray head is set to foam, then spray the foam onto a damp sponge (supplied) or a damp cloth. Do not spray the cleaner directly onto the leather. Wipe the surface evenly with the foam and sponge, particularly contact areas (seat, armrest, and headrest) to remove sweat and grease. Work from seam to seam and avoid overwetting the surface. Do not rub vigorously, and wipe the foam off with a dry towel immediately. Never clean aniline leather in direct sunlight and allow it to dry slowly. If stains persist, do not rub; instead, gently bend or stretch the stained area with clean hands. The fibers of quality aniline leather will stretch, and light stains will often disappear. Deeper stains will lessen in intensity or disappear over time.

• STEP 2: Apply the Aniline Cream to a soft cloth and spread it evenly over the clean aniline leather. Do not pour or apply the product directly onto the leather. Spread evenly using a circular motion and allow to dry. Do not rub vigorously, but allow the aniline cream to dry evenly on the surface. Repeat after drying for excellent all-around protection. After drying, buff gently with a soft cloth.

• STEP 3: Perform the cleaning and protection routine two to three times a year depending on the use and position of the furniture. If your aniline leather has faded, Geist Easy Color Restorer offers an effective way to restore the original color.
