Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

  • Contact customer service before making the return: info@tdgshop.es.

  • The return must be sent postage paid (shipments with postage due are not accepted).

  • The refund will be issued after verifying that the product is in perfect condition.

  • If the product has manufacturing defects, the full amount will be refunded.

  • In case of errors in delivery or defective products due to transport, SHD DETAILING EUROPA, SL will assume the return costs (provided that it is reported within a period of 14 business days from the reception).

 

Warranty

All products have a minimum warranty of 2 years, in accordance with European regulations. To exercise your warranty rights:

  • Contact us at info@tdgshop.es or to +34 634 448 321.

  • Present the purchase invoice.

  • The guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use, impacts, improper handling or normal wear and tear.

  • If the product is defective, it will be offered repair, replacement, discount or refund depending on the case.
