- Shipping costs not included.
- All purchases include an invoice.
- For legal purposes, all sales are considered to have been made in Alicante, Spain.

5. Shipping and delivery times
- Peninsula: 24 hours (express transport).
- Balearics: 48-72 hours.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-7 days.
Customers of Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla You can place your order without VAT. When you register with an address in these areas, prices will automatically be displayed without this tax.
Important considerations
- Orders are prepared in 24 hours upon receipt (except weekends).
- If you place your order before 4:00 p.m., will be shipped the same day (if the product is in stock and payment has been confirmed).
- No deliveries are made on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
- In the event of a stock shortage, your order will be shipped once all products are available.
- The merchandise travels at the buyer's expense and risk. Any claims for damage during transport must be handled by the customer.
- All packages include mandatory insurance that covers 4 €/kg in case of loss or breakage. If you require full-value insurance, please indicate this in the "comments" section when placing your order (cost: 4% of the declared value, minimum €2.50).

6. Payment methods
6.1 Bank transfer
After placing your order, you will receive account details for payment. Once payment (or proof of payment) is received, your order will be shipped. If payment is not made within 10 days, the order will be cancelled.

6.3 Cash on delivery
- Cash payment to the carrier (checks and cards are not accepted).
- Commission of the 4% (minimum €2.50) on the order value.
- Available only in Spain and Portugal.
- The delivery man you are not required to carry change.
- If this is your first purchase, we reserve the right to cancel it to ensure customer safety.
7. Pick up in store

- There are no shipping costs.
- Orders are not prepared in advance.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel your order and receive a refund if:
- The cancellation is made before 5:00 p.m. on the same day.
- The order still has not been sent.
If the order has already been shipped, you must receive it and then process the return (shipping costs are your responsibility). Once returned, its condition will be assessed and the corresponding amount will be refunded, less shipping costs.

9. Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

- The return must be sent postage paid (shipments with postage due are not accepted).
- The refund will be issued after verifying that the product is in perfect condition.
- If the product has manufacturing defects, the full amount will be refunded.
- In case of errors in delivery or defective products due to transport, SHD DETAILING EUROPA, SL will assume the return costs (provided that it is reported within a period of 14 business days from the reception).
10. Warranty
All products have a minimum warranty of 2 years, in accordance with European regulations. To exercise your warranty rights:
